Dillon J. - This place has come a long way since being owned by the same company as the place across the street. Management and maintenance are now very responsive, parking has finally opened up, and the complex has made many improvements to their amenities. One of the only places I know of with a hot tub too, which is open year-round.

I called and visited the Gramcery & the Devon but Mrs Vee’s customer service was unmatched. I wish she could teach a class to other leasing agents. Nikole D. - I got very lucky when I found this place. The location is amazing: not far from downtown, close to Wade Ave, and right there next to Glenwood. The street is quiet for the most part for being so close to the bars/restaurants. The apartments and garage is secure which is awesome. Maintenance and the front office have been nothing but amazing. It always brings me joy to walk past the office and chat with Mrs V.
