All apartments are made ready by a coordinated effort of our maintenance team, vendors, and office staff. Your apartment
will be freshly painted, professionally cleaned, any needed maintenance performed, followed by a detailed make-ready
inspection to ensure your new home is in tip-top condition for your move.

Yes, for your convenience we have a professional maintenance team on-site ready to assist you with all your maintenance
needs. Additionally, we offer 24/7 emergency maintenance.  

For non-emergency service requests, you can submit a work order through our convenient, user friendly, online Resident Portal. If you need assistance or have any questions regarding how to submit a request or navigate the portal, we invite you to call us at (919) 803-0492, or email us at [email protected], and a member of our leasing team will be glad to assist . For all emergency needs, during or after business hours, you will call our office, select the prompt for maintenance emergencies, and leave a detailed message with your name, apartment number, best callback number, a brief description of your emergency and our on-call maintenance team will assist right away. 

Maintenance requests are handled in the order they are received unless it is an emergency.

With your permission, we can perform service requests without you being present.  If you have a pet and will not be home, we
do ask that you inform us in advance. 

If you are locked out during business hours, you can contact the office and a member of our team will gladly assist you. If you
are locked out after hours, or when our office team is not onsite, you will need to contact a locksmith  to assist you at your expense. 

You are welcome to decorate your apartment, and make non-permanent alterations to make it your own. Upon move out, any changes must be returned to their original state to avoid being charged a restoration penalty fee. The only decorations permitted on patios or balconies are patio furniture, plants, and small decorations. If you have any questions regarding a particular item you are looking to add, you can always contact us and a member of our management team will be able to answer your questions. 

You will be able to enjoy indoor amenities that include: 24-hour Fitness Center with state of the art Life Fitness equipment, a pet spa, community room with hot beverage coffee station, pool table, and a business area. For outdoor amenities, you will be able
to enjoy: grilling stations, sparkling swimming pool and Hot Spa (seasonal), two courtyard outdoor seating areas with televisions
with sports package channels, a gas fire pit, and Wi-Fi stations by the pool courtyard. 

The pool is seasonal and usually opens between late April through mid October depending on weather. Pool hours and limits
may vary depending on recommendations by the Department of Health. 

Yes, you will have access to two parking decks for all your vehicle needs for a small monthly fee.

Additionally, we offer reserved parking spots for a small monthly fee, and electric vehicle charging stations. 

Your apartment will be equipped with its own washer and dryer.

Absolutely, we love our pet residents, and always look forward to welcoming them. A maximum of two pets are permitted. 

There is a one-time upfront pet fee of $300.00 for one pet, or $450.00 for two pets. $30/month pet rent, per pet. 2 pet maximum. 

We do not have a pet weight limit. There are breed restrictions as follows: Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Presa Canarias, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Wolf-Hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, and
Alaskan Malamutes. 

While we do not have a pet park onsite, we are within close distance of several pet parks. You can visit for more information and locations. 

Your apartment comes fully equipped with all stainless steel appliances to include: refrigerator, smooth top stove,  microwave, dishwasher, and full size washer and dryer.

We currently do not offer furnished apartments, but we have partnered with several local furniture rental companies that can
assist you with your furniture rental needs. Our professional leasing team will be happy to help you with setting this up. 

Yes, we offer lease terms as short as 3 months up to 16 months, depending on the time of year and property availability.

We do offer corporates leases, however we require all names of the residents residing in the home to be on the lease and
pass our standard background check. 

Packages are delivered and available for pick up 24/7 in our secure Luxer Lockers. When a package is delivered, you will receive
a text/email with a code to access your package.  

Our fitness center is available 24/7.

We have a fully equipped gym with  4 treadmills, two ellipticals, two stationary bikes, a Smith machine, the Synergy 360, free weights, dumb bells, water row machine, and vertical leg raise tower.

We follow the City of Raleigh noise ordinance which is 11PM-7AM. There is a one-time $125 amenity fee at move in, and $85 upon renewal for the upkeep of these spaces.

To apply for an apartment, the best way is to visit our website at, go to the "floorplans" tab and select your desired apartment. The process is very simple and takes less than 10 minutes. You may also request a paper application from
our office. 

Every application varies based on background and history, but typically will take anywhere between 24 - 48 hours after all
required documentation has been received. 

We require an $95.00 non-refundable application fee per person, a refundable security deposit (determined by credit and rental history) and ranging between $250.00 and 1 months rent, and a non-refundable administrative fee of $125.00 due within
72 hours of approval. 

All residents have the option to pay  online by ACH, debit, or credit card, through our secure resident portal, or by personal or certified check. 

All residents will receive a unique code to access our secure and convenient resident portal upon move in. You will have the
option to set up recurring payments, or you can make manual one-time payments each month. 

 In addition to your monthly rent, there is a monthly $30.00 valet trash, door collection service fee, and a $4.00 monthly pest
control fee. 

Yes, all residents are required to have renter's insurance. Our requirements are: a minimum liability coverage of $300,000, and $12,000 in personal property coverage. 

There are no utilities included with your rent. You will be responsible for electric, water, and sewer.  All apartments are separately metered so you only pay for your actual usage. 

Water and sewer are set up through the community, so there is nothing for you to worry about. Electricity is setup through Duke Energy. For additional information you can visit

You can set up internet with any provider of your choice. Most of our residents are serviced by Spectrum. Contact information
for the providers in the building will be provided prior to your move.  

Guest are always welcomed and encouraged!

If you move to a new apartment, you would be required to pay a new security deposit and your initial deposit would be refunded
to you within 30 days of your move out, minus any damages. 

While our lease does not allow for subletting, we do offer options if you are looking to terminate your lease earlier than the expiration date. Please contact our leasing office and a member of our management team will be able to answer any questions and assist you.

With our Early Lease Termination Addendum, you have two options: Option A - you provide a 60-days written notice to vacate, and pay a penalty fee equal to 2 month's rent. Option B - provide a written notice to vacate, and continue to pay your monthly rent and fees until the apartment is rented and a new resident moves in, or until the end of the lease, whichever occurs sooner.

Tucker Street and Boylan Avenue. We also have a second entrance for our valued residents, located at the corner of
Peace Street and Tucker Street.

Residents have many options for dining and shopping needs. The closest to us are The Shops at Cameron Village, and Crabtree Valley Mall in North Raleigh. 

We have a local coffee shop right around the corner from our community called Irish Coffee Lab, and there is a Starbucks five minutes away. 

From Raleigh Durham International Airport: Take I-40 E. -  Merge onto Wade Ave via EXIT 289 toward I-440/US-1 N. - Turn right
onto Saint Mary's St. -Turn left onto Tucker St. - You will arrive at 712 Tucker Street, Raleigh, N.C. 27603 - 712 Tucker Apartments
will be on your left. (Corner or Tucker Street and Boylan Avenue.)
