Dillon J. - This place has come a long way since being owned by the same company as the place across the street. Management and maintenance are now very responsive, parking has finally opened up, and the complex has made many improvements to their amenities. One of the only places I know of with a hot tub too, which is open year-round.

Chandler P. - Moved in a month or so ago, front office staff is very helpful, new gym is complete and equipment is awesome. Location good, no parking issues, doggy trash bag stands always filled. Love living here so far, one of the better downtown apartments we have lived in the past couple of years.

Jack H. - Solid building in an ideal location downtown. Barely ever needed to use my car with a grocery store and bars and restaurants so close by. The property manager Sandra was a star and did a wonderful job running the building the entire time I lived there.
