From the North
Travel south on Capital Blvd/US-1 South and stay straight. Exit right onto Peace St. At the third stop light, turn left onto Boylan Avenue, then turn right at the next stop light onto Tucker Street. The Leasing Office is in Suite #230. Look for the red awning!

From the South
Travel north on S. Saunders St/ US-401 N/ US-70 W/ NC-50 N towards downtown. Veer right onto McDowell St, following the McDowell St/Downtown signs. Continue on McDowell Street through downtown Raleigh and turn left onto Hillsborough St/ NC-54. Turn right onto Boylan Avenue, and then take a left onto Tucker Street. The Leasing Office is in Suite #230. Look for the red awning!

From the West via I-40
Travel east on I-40 and take the Raleigh-Chapel Hill Expressway via exit 289 toward Raleigh North/ Raleigh East and Wade Avenue. The Raleigh-Chapel Hill Expressway becomes Wade Ave. Follow Wade Ave for about 2.5 miles into Raleigh and then turn right onto St. Mary's St. Turn left onto Tucker Street. The Leasing Office is in Suite 230 right before you get to the Boylan Avenue. Look for the red awning!

From the West via Hwy 70
Travel east on Glenwood Ave/US 70 E and continue to follow Glenwood Ave into Raleigh. Turn right onto Peace St and then take a left onto Boylan Avenue. Turn right onto Tucker Street and the Leasing Office is in Suite #230. Look for the red awning!

From the East via I-40 or Hwy 70
From Hwy 70, travel west to merge onto I-40W towards Raleigh. Stay to the left following the South and West Raleigh/Inner Belt 440 sign. Take Exit 298 B, the S. Saunders St North exit, toward Raleigh/Downtown. Turn right onto S. Saunders St/ US 401 N/ US 70 W/ NC 50 N and then veer right onto McDowell St. Continue on McDowell St. through downtown and turn left onto Hillsborough St/ NC 54.
