Two distinct finish packages have been created to allow residents to choose between a contemporary, urban scheme or if they prefer, a more classic, transitional style. Upgrades come standard and include bamboo flooring, frieze carpet, crown molding, granite countertops and chiseled tile. By providing sophisticated lighting packages, plumbing fixtures and appliances as standards, homeowners need to do little more then move in to their new luxurious downtown home.
